If you are looking for a cheap alternative to the plastic carrier bag, the basic paper bag with flat handles is your cheapest option. This bag is made entirely of paper and has flat loops glued into the edge. This basic bag is ideal for packing clothes or light goods. Are you looking for something a little more solid?
